Refund and Cancellation Policy
MeYou&Music (MEYOU&MUSIC STUDIOS LTD) — Effective Date: June 26, 2026
1. Cancelling Your Subscription
You can cancel your MeYou&Music subscription at any time, directly from your account dashboard. No phone calls, no emails required, and no questions asked. When you cancel, your subscription remains active through the end of your current billing period and you will not be charged again on the next renewal date. You retain access to submit projects, up to the limits of your tier, until the period ends. Completed mix files remain accessible to you per our standard data retention policy.
2. Subscription Refund Policy
Monthly subscription fees are non-refundable once a billing cycle has begun, including for unused portions of the cycle. This reflects standard subscription practice and the fact that engineer capacity is allocated to your account from the moment of billing. Refunds will, however, be issued in the following circumstances: (a) Duplicate charges. If you are accidentally charged more than once for the same billing cycle, the duplicate charge will be refunded in full within 5 to 10 business days. (b) Material service failure. If we fail to deliver a mix within the turnaround times stated in our Terms of Service, and the delay is attributable to us rather than to incomplete stems, missing reference tracks, or unresponsive communication from the client, we will issue a credit equal to one billing cycle, or a partial refund at our discretion. (c) Platform downtime. If technical issues on our end prevent you from submitting projects or accessing your account for more than seven (7) consecutive days within a billing cycle, you may request a prorated refund.
3. First Mix and Trial Refunds
The first mix offered at our trial pricing is non-refundable once stems have been received and work has begun. However, if you change your mind before submitting stems, you may request a full refund within 24 hours of payment. If we fail to deliver the trial mix within the stated turnaround time, you are entitled to a full refund of the trial fee.
4. Completed Mixes and Mastered Projects
Per our Terms of Service, all completed and delivered work is final. We do not issue refunds for completed mixes or mastering sessions. If you are not satisfied with a delivered mix, please use the revisions included in your tier rather than requesting a refund. Our revision process is specifically designed to address concerns about the final product, and we encourage you to engage with it before considering any other resolution.
5. Disputes and Chargebacks
If you have a billing or service concern, please contact us first at support@meyoumusic.com before initiating a chargeback with your bank or card provider. We respond to all support inquiries within 24 hours and are committed to resolving legitimate concerns fairly and promptly. Filing a chargeback without first contacting us may result in immediate suspension of your account and the loss of access to your project files. Chargebacks filed in cases where the Service was delivered as agreed will be disputed by us with the relevant payment processor, with full documentation of the delivered work and communications on file.
6. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund under any of the conditions described above, please email support@meyoumusic.com from the email address associated with your MeYou&Music account. Include your account email, the date of the charge, the amount, and a brief description of the issue. We will respond within 2 business days. Approved refunds are processed within 5 to 10 business days to the original payment method, depending on the policies of your card issuer or bank.
7. Promotional Pricing and Special Offers
Promotional discounts, founding-member pricing, beta access, and other special offers may be subject to additional terms that override the standard policy described above. The specific terms of any such offer will be disclosed at the time the offer is presented, and you will be deemed to have accepted those terms by accepting the offer.
8. Effect of Termination
If your account is terminated by us for breach of our Terms of Service, Acceptable Use Policy, or other misconduct, any fees paid are non-refundable. This includes, without limitation, terminations arising from copyright infringement, fraudulent activity, abuse of staff or engineers, or repeated chargeback misuse.
9. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Refund and Cancellation Policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the Effective Date above and post the updated policy on meyoumusic.com. Continued use of the Services after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated policy. If you do not agree to the changes, you may cancel your subscription in accordance with Section 1.
10. Relationship to Other Documents
This Refund and Cancellation Policy is incorporated by reference into our Terms of Service and forms part of your agreement with MeYou&Music. In the event of any conflict between this Policy and the Terms of Service on a refund or cancellation matter, this Policy shall prevail.
